Prompt Variables

Prompt variables are very powerful and allow you to customize your prompts for quick reuse.

Prompt variables allow you to create "editable" sections of a prompt. All variables should be enclosed with brackets. So, for the following prompt:

Good [Morning]!

The variable here would be [Morning], wrapped in brackets.

When the prompt is rendered in the app, [Morning] will be transformed into a form field. That way, each time you use the prompt in the future, you could easily type "Afternoon" or "Night" or anything you'd like!

This allows for quick customization of the specific sections of the prompt, without having to change or retype anything else.

Example Output

Below is an example of how the above "Good [Morning]!" prompt would display for use in PromptForge.

Please note, a subscription is required to utilize prompt variables.
